Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pokémoto Staff. As a member of our staff, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing safe and high-quality poké bowls, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while upholding our core values.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to our Service value Prepare and assemble poké bowls according to established recipes and standards, ensuring compliance with our Standard value Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times, prioritizing our Safety value Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes and equipment Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations Contribute to sales efforts and upselling strategies

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to handle food items following proper hygiene standards Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
