Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell menu items to increase sales while maintaining a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or grocery stores is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in customer service roles that involve serving guests or retail interactions is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service!
