Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Washing dishes
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 30-40 pounds throughout shift
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
