As a Wireless Crew Member, you'll work directly with customers, explain wireless and service service options, and guide them through the full customer account setup process. Wireless Crew Member:

Represent Verizon and their wireless division and communicate directly with qualified individuals Explain wireless plans, devices, and promotions in a clear, simple way Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and service changes Handle customer questions and provide ongoing customer support Maintain consistent daily activity with customer interactions and follow-ups Track customer accounts, interactions, and performance
