Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining environment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Availability during Weekdays ( Looking for people who can open the store at 11:30 AM).Long term commitment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
