Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Operate the Clover POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring high-quality presentation and adherence to safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for register operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless service delivery. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Barista experience or coffee knowledge is desirable but not mandatory. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations. Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
