$55,000 annually + benefits We are seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented team members to join our traveling team. This position combines hands on event production, customer engagement, and faith based educational outreach through immersive experiences hosted at Christian churches and organizations across the Southwest. Team members will travel extensively to help execute events designed to educate audiences from a religious and cultural perspective. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, working with people, and being part of a mission-driven team environment. The position involves both physical event setup and teardown, as well as direct interaction with attendees throughout each experience. Events are typically hosted 3-5 times per week and require flexibility with evenings, weekends, and nontraditional hours. The traveling team is expected to remain actively deployed for at least the next four months, generally spending every other week traveling out of state before returning the following week. Key Responsibilities Travel throughout 5 Southwestern states to educate churches and organizations about The Old Testament and how it relates to today Set up, operate, and tear down event installations and displays Engage with churchgoers and attendees in a welcoming, professional manner Educate participants on the Old Testament and how the Bible relates to our lives today. Assist with logistics, transportation, and event coordination Represent the organization professionally at churches and community events Work collaboratively with team members in fast-paced event environments Qualifications Availability for extensive summer travel and flexible scheduling Comfortable with physical/manual labor and event setup responsibilities Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with Christian church culture preferred Experience with trade shows, touring events, outdoor events, or live productions is a plus Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well on the road as part of a team This role is a unique opportunity to combine travel, ministry outreach, live event work, and public engagement in a meaningful and dynamic environment.
