As an AT&T Team Member, you'll be the frontline connection between customers and the fastest-growing fiber and wireless solutions in the industry. This is a fully in-person, face-to-face role, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the AT&T services that make the most sense for their home—whether it's high-speed fiber, wireless plans, streaming, or home connectivity upgrades. No cubicles, no scripts, just genuine conversations and real results.
Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T fiber and wirelessservices in a friendly, informative, and persuasive manner. Present customized solutions based on customer needs, ensuring clarity and confidence in every offer. Close sales with integrity and enthusiasm, turning interest into action. Track and report daily interactions and conversions using our streamlined CRM tools. Collaborate with teammates to refine pitches, share insights, and celebrate wins. Stay informed on AT&T's latest offerings, bundles, and promotions. Represent our LL Management team and AT&T with professionalism and energy in every neighborhood. Meet and exceed weekly performance goals (this role rewards results).Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse customers. Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections with confidence. Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a performance-driven environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team dynamic. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required). Reliable transportation to navigate territories. Tech-savvy enough to learn and use mobile sales tools effectively. Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a hunger to grow.Benefits:
