Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and inviting. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens. Support inventory management by helping with stock checks and restocking supplies as necessary. Skills Experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations. Basic understanding of retail math for order accuracy and cash handling. Experience in bussing or similar roles is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
