Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front of The House Team Member, where your enthusiasm and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable experiences for every visitor. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette, providing information and assisting with bookings or questions Maintain organized front desk operations, including updating guest records and managing scheduling systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with guest services by addressing needs promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit Support food service operations by coordinating with kitchen staff and serving guests when needed Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols in all front-of-house areas to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Prior host/hostess experience or background in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, guest flow, and front desk duties efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest well-being Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us to deliver exceptional guest relations in a lively setting where your energy makes all the difference!
