Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu options, and upselling additional items to enhance their experience. Handle cash, credit card payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area, dining space, and front counter in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food safety management practices including proper food handling, sanitation, and serving procedures. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; familiarity with food preparation and food industry standards is a plus. Proven skills in cashiering, retail sales transactions, or grocery store experience demonstrate strong math abilities and attention to detail. Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, or restaurant operations supports a smooth transition into this role. Excellent time management skills are essential for balancing multiple tasks during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.
