Front of House Team Member

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced team! Whether you're interested in working in the kitchen, at the drive-thru, or as a shift leader, we have a position that fits your skills and schedule. As a Team Member , you'll be involved in all areas of the restaurant — preparing food, serving guests, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. As a Shift Leader , you'll also help supervise the team, ensure smooth operations, and support the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Members:

• Prepare and assemble food and drink items to standard
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning
• Make drinks and ice cream treats
• Work the drive-thru window and take customer orders
• Deliver food to customers via carhop (as needed)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas

Shift Leaders :

• Open and/or close the restaurant
• Supervise and support team members during shifts
• Handle customer concerns and ensure great service
• Assist with training new hires
• Monitor shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Dependable and punctual
• Prior fast food or customer service experience is a plus
• Shift leader candidates should have previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Morning
• Afternoon
• Evening (Full-time and part-time roles available.
