Brites Soft Serve is a brand new dessert shop bringing a fresh, guilt-free twist to soft serve- and we're looking for energetic, friendly crew members to join our team in Pacific Beach! At Brites, we believe the best desserts start with thebest ingredients . That's why our soft serve is crafted with True California Milk , Premium Flavors, and natural sweeteners like Monk Fruit-no shortcuts, no compromises. From the first bite to the last, our soft serve delivers the rich taste and qualityyou deserve. It's not just about being low calorie. It's about doing low calorie the right way. As a Crew Member, you'll help create an amazing in-store experience for our guests. You'll be serving soft serve, handling toppings, keeping the shop clean and inviting, and most importantly; making sure every customer leaves with a smile!

What You'll Do:

Greet and serve customers with great energy and friendliness Prep our soft serve creations (training provided) Prep fruits and toppings Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Handle transactions at the register Support the team to keep everything running smoothly Bonus if you enjoy creating videos/ fun IG content

What We're Looking For:

Positive, outgoing, and reliable team players who can provide exceptional customer service Experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or froyo shops (a plus, but not required) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Willingness to learn and grow with us ServSafe Food Handler Certification/ Able to acquire upon hiring
