Afternoon Deli Team Member (Monday-Friday Only!) We're a family-owned deli open Monday through Friday , and we close at 5:00 PM sharp — no nights, no weekends, ever. If you're looking for steady weekday hours in a positive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

• Schedule Monday-Friday 12:00 PM
• 5:00 PM Never required to work weekends or past closing Optional opportunities to come in early for catering or shift coverage (if available and interested)
• Pay & Benefits $17/hour $2
• 3+ per hour in tips (paid in cash every Friday) Average total earnings: $19
• 20/hour Paychecks issued bi-weekly 401(k) + 401(k) matching Free meal during your shift Complimentary espresso drinks Paid 10-minute break (no required 30-minute unpaid break) Parking available for $55/month (average tips are approximately $250/month)

• Responsibilities Prepare fresh salad ingredients according to recipes and guest preferences Maintain a clean and organized prep area Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with dishwashing as needed Support inventory management and restocking Deliver friendly, quality-focused customer service Help with closing duties to ensure we close smoothly at 5:00 PM ✅ Requirements Reliability is essential — your team counts on you so we can close on time Prior experience in a fast-casual restaurant, deli, grocery store, or similar setting preferred Experience with Clover POS or similar systems is a plus Comfortable with cash handling, retail math, and POS operations Knowledge of food safety procedures Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Team player who works well with others If you're dependable, upbeat, and looking for a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!
