staff to fulfill our hiring needs Sip Fresh is a small business in San Diego, CA. Our goal is to Provide delicious drink options for the local community.
Our work environment includes:
Growth opportunities On-the-job training Flexible working hours Lively atmosphere In addition to the hourly our team members earn between $3-5 through tips per hour! We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Team Member to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks the most important of which is to sample our product. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is willing to act as a face of the franchise allowing potential guests to try beverages. This opportunity requires being on your feet for the duration of your shift. Other job aspects include customer service, upselling, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great attendance, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Sample juice products to our guests with enthusiasm Be coachable and willing to listen and learn Scoop juice or blend/assemble drinks Cash handling transactions with accuracy Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive work attitude throughout the shift Be punctual and reliable
Job Type:

$17.75 - $18.25 per hour
