Job Description

Seafood Team Member Job Type:
Part-Time (Friday, Saturday Sunday)
Pay:
Starting at $18.00 -20.00/hour (Based on Experience) About the Position We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and energetic team member to join our seafood business. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Our goal is simple:
serve fresh, high-quality seafood while providing every customer with an exceptional experience. We believe great customer service is just as important as great food. Responsibilities Prepare fresh clamatos, shrimp cocktails, ceviche, and other seafood specialties according to company standards. Deliver friendly and professional customer service. Take customer orders and process cash and card payments. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Assist with opening, closing, and daily setup. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Help create a positive, welcoming environment for every customer. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude with strong communication skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Food service experience is preferred but not required. Food Handler Card preferred (or willingness to obtain one). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Schedule. Saturday and Sunday shifts are required. Occasional Friday shifts may be available based on business needs.
