Job Description

Are you passionate about helping clients find the right solutions and building strong relationships? We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our company as a Verizon Team Member assisting in representing Verizon's telecommunication company known throughout the city of Sacramento. This Verizon Team Member role requires a strategic mindset in building connections with customers to help them with their product and service needs, unwavering communication skills and organization to represent our unwavering clients. As a Verizon Team Member serves as the primary liaison between our company, customers and clients, focusing on both sales and account enrollment. The Verizon Team Member key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services that align with those needs.
Verizon Team Member Duties:
Identifying potential customers through outreach, customer engagement and the enrollment process of who could benefit from Verizon's offerings Initiating contact with prospects to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the products or services can meet those needs Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients to foster trust and encourage repeated sales to manage accounts Discussing terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction Process a customer's full enrollment in services having empathy and understanding of their current service and situation
Verizon Team Member Qualifications and Skills:
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams
Problem-Solving:
Strong skills to identify client needs and offer effective solutions
Time Management:
