Since 2017, we've been honing our craft at concerts and events from SF to Vegas, and now we're expanding our roots to our Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano locations . We're in an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for high-energy Prep and Line Cooks who have a passion and a drive to lead as we scale up. Experienced:

You have proven experience in high-volume kitchens. Prep experience is a must.

You show up on time, looking sharp in your black shirt/pants and non-slip shoes.

You understand that "Presentation is Everything"—from the way a sandwich is wrapped to the diagonal layout of the food paper.

Team Player:
