Core Responsibilities Customer Experience & Hospitality Provide warm, respectful, and attentive customer service Create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment Represent the café with pride, professionalism, and integrity Food & Ice Cream Preparation Assist in producing our ultra-premium gourmet ice cream and preparing menu items Scoop and serve ice cream with care and excellent presentation Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary preparation areas Operations & Responsibility Accurately operate the register and handle transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Follow operational procedures and uphold quality standards Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment Creative & Growth Opportunities (Based on Interest and Ability) Assist with events and community programming Support marketing, social media, and creative initiatives Contribute ideas for displays, promotions, and creative projects Grow into leadership or management roles over time What Makes This Opportunity Different We are not simply hiring staff — we are building a foundational team.
