Responsibilities Prepare fresh tacos and churros according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and work stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times during busy hours Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and food handling guidelines Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bussing tables or food prep Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delicious food and joyful experiences!
