As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position requires teamwork, effective communication, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including Aloha POS or similar cash register systems. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
