This position is ideal for movers who are ready to lead a crew, drive a box truck, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring moves are completed safely and efficiently. Pay & Benefits $25 - $32 per hour depending on experience Average tips: $5+ per hour $1,500 Hiring Bonus (subject to conditions) W2 Employee (not 1099) Workers Compensation coverage Responsibilities Lead a moving crew on residential and commercial moves Load and unload furniture and household goods safely Drive and operate company box trucks Ensure proper protection of customer belongings and homes Provide excellent customer service on every move Requirements Must qualify to drive company box trucks (insurance requirements apply) Clean MVR (No DUIs, reckless driving, or major accidents) Must pass background check and drug test Reliable transportation to work Strong work ethic and team leadership Ability to lift heavy furniture repeatedly Apply by emailing: support@lambertmoving.com Please do not call the office
