A Team Member's day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting in-person consultations, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting clients in selecting the best solutions to fit their needs. You will also be responsible for processing orders, providing follow-up support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make an impact and grow with us as Team Members.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Identify their telecommunications needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Explain the benefits of products and services to clients in person, emphasizing their value and functionality. Work as part of the Team Member team to meet and exceed sales campaign goals. Provide personalized support to foster trust, satisfaction, and repeat business. Keep up to date with our client's latest offerings, services, and promotions to provide the best recommendations by attending online seminars and on-site Team Member meetings with fellow team members.
