Key Responsibilities Arrive on time for every shift and maintain consistent attendance — reliability is the foundation of our team Prepare and serve all menu items to Eight Turn Crepe standards and California Health Code requirements Deliver warm, attentive customer service that creates a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Identify and promptly report equipment issues, food quality concerns, or safety hazards to management Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow our dress code at all times Stay proactive — seek out additional tasks when current responsibilities are complete and support teammates as needed Requirements Valid California Food Handler's Card (required before first shift) Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Available for weekends and holidays Prior food service or customer-facing experience preferred.
