Cuisines is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Filipino Fusion Catering & Pop-Up Event Team Member. This position is responsible for supporting both our catering events and pop-up operations through food preparation, event setup, guest service, buffet service, cleanup, and overall event execution. Every team member plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients and guests. We are looking for individuals who take initiative, work with a strong sense of urgency, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Assist with food preparation, portioning, packaging, and plating.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Load and unload catering equipment, food, and supplies.
- Set up and break down buffet stations, serving tables, beverage stations, and event equipment.
- Serve food professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and replenish buffet items throughout service.
- Answer basic menu questions and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Bus tables, clear dishes, empty trash, and maintain a clean event space.
- Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and assist with post-event cleanup.
- Follow all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
- Take initiative by anticipating the team's needs and assisting without waiting to be asked.

- Previous catering, restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
