Seeking a Food and Beverage associate with a flexible schedule that will allow for morning, mid, afternoon and evening shifts. Must work weekends and holidays. Position Summary The Food & Beverage Associate is a multifunctional position that is responsible for supporting all front-of-house and back-of-house operations across the restaurant, bar, breakfast operations, and banquet events. This role combines the responsibilities of a cook, server, breakfast attendant, bartender, busser, dishwasher, and banquet server to ensure seamless service, consistent quality, and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is flexible, serviced, and able to transition between areas within Food and Beverage as needed based on business needs while upholding brand standards, food safety requirements, Hilton standards, and organizational compliance. Essential Job Functions Food & Beverage Operations Support
  • Greet guests warmly, provide menu guidance, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Reset tables, replenish service stations, and support bussing duties during peak periods.
  • Provide service recovery and escalate guest concerns when needed. Breakfast Operations
  • Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast stations, buffets, and beverage areas.
  • Prepare simple breakfast items, monitor food quality, and ensure items remain stocked and visually appealing.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, temperature logs, and sanitation standards. Cooking & Back-of-House Support
  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
  • Assist with prep work, portioning, labeling, and storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, and storage spaces.
  • Follow all health department regulations and safe food-handling practices. Dishwashing & Utility Duties
  • Operate dish machines and hand-wash items as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, trash areas, and equipment. Support deep-cleaning tasks and end-of-shift breakdowns. Banquet & Event Support
  • Set up banquet rooms, including tables, linens, service ware, and décor.
  • Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverage service during events.
  • Execute event timelines, coordinate with banquet captains, and ensure smooth service flow.
Break down and reset rooms according to event orders. Additional Responsibilities Always maintain professionalism and Hilton hospitality standards Support inventory, setup, and breakdown as required Assist with training and mentoring new team members Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or events preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Preferred Experience working with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Knowledge of Hilton brand standards or similar hotel environment Familiarity with event service styles and banquet operations Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
