Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Cultivation Team Member will assist in setup, maintenance, cultivation, harvest, process, and packaging of cannabis plants
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain high horticultural standards and practices and follow all Company SOP's Complete preparatory work, maintenance and movement of plants Assist in setup, nutrient mixing, and maintenance of plants and rooms Conduct intensive cleaning of equipment and general work areas Assist in receiving, inventory management, and stocking materials Accurate record keeping and data entry for all package, plant and company data Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State, and local requirements Follow all MED rules and regulations and accurate data entry into METRC system Ability to follow directions, perform duties with a positive attitude, take feedback and learn new tasks $18-20 DOE
