This work is actually fun. What are we looking for? High energy, engaging, extrovert! This job is for somebody looking to make some extra cash on Saturday, July 4th for the Ed Sheeran concert at Empower Field. It would be phenomenal for anybody who currently works in restaurants or fast casual spots who know how to deal with some busy timeframes of cranking out food. Even if you don't have food experience

• if you're well organized, with a good head on your shoulders, and like to embrace very energetic atmospheres, I'm sure we could teach you the rest.

And if you are extremely experienced in f&b, we have some future opportunities and ultimately, we are looking for some leads. Perhaps that's you?

• We are looking for concession cashiers for Saturday, July 4th, 2026 for the Ed Sheeran concert. If you cannot work this date, please do not apply.
• Why is this job different?

It's not quite being BOH, it's not quite being a cashier, it's not quite being a server. It's providing geniune hospitality and experience to the fan of the events being held. Why are we different? We make everything in house These concession stands are not little carts; they are built-in with back kitchens included We have the second largest stand in the stadium We have 7 total stands, including the Club Level We make cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and sandwiches We rotate our menu and most importantly, try to have fun with it The owners work the games and all come from restaurants (we like to think we're young and energetic) We make sure our staff enjoys working with us, are well fed, and happy Our goal is to change the way concessions are done at stadiums and make the interactions more genuine and thoughtful, by providing food that is actually good We've been doing this for about 6 years now and we're also looking to expand, where there would potentially be full-time positions available

FOH:

Take orders on a very simple order system Interact with customers with genuine care and conversation Be kind and display good character towards teammates Communicate with team leads and owners on how we can do better

BOH:

If you've ever built a sandwich at home, you're well qualified Looking for speed, diligence, and consistency

Example:

wrapping 100 chicken caesar wraps as if you were going to eat them Working clean Being okay with Phish not being played in the kitchen

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take orders with a smile on your face and interact with the guests
• Operate the POS accurately and ensure payments have gone through
• ID anyone who looks under the age of 50, as per Colorado state law
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment pouring drinks, calling out for food items as needed, and working as a team because in case you haven't heard, it makes the dream work
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Greet/pull in stadium-goers as they walk up to our stand with enthusiasm, whimsical banter, or just by looking cool
• Upsell side items like cookies, ice cream sandwiches, or desserts on every interaction because they're awesome and it helps us expose our brand
