Front Counter Staff Food Court Restaurant in Mesa Mall

Overview We're hiring a full-time or part-time front counter team member to join us in our new opening inside Mesa Mall. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front counter of our food court restaurant Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Prepare simple food items in accordance with safety and sanitation standards, supporting overall food preparation tasks Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and sales totals Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area Assist with food safety protocols, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices are followed at all times Collaborate with team members and managers Skills Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Flexibility to work shifts during mall operating hours including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time •We're looking to hire someone to start immediately• Please email eatwokandgo@gmail.com with your resume or any relevant work experience and your availability.
