As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in a collaborative team setting, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, and preparing sauces. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Buss tables and maintain a clean dining area for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the café or quick service restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service fast food setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
