In this role, you will assist with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring food safety and efficient operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, retail math, and customer engagement while working in a vibrant culinary setting. Duties Support daily food preparation activities, including assembling ingredients and maintaining food quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning, packaging, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth restaurant operations Support team members with restocking supplies, organizing the kitchen or café area, and completing basic math calculations for transactions Requirements Knowledge of POS systems Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service are essential Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team Join us to be part of an energetic environment where your contributions make a real difference!
