About Us Pizza Pedal'r is a fast-paced, high-energy pizzeria at the base of Winter Park Resort. We have a simple, non-negotiable standard: we want to make pizza that competes with the top 5% of anywhere you've ever had it. That's not a marketing line, it's what drives every decision we make, from dough to service. We run a collaborative, all-hands model where every team member owns the full operation, front to back. Think Starbucks-style teamwork applied to seriously good pizza. The Role This isn't a "just take orders" or "just make food" position. You'll rotate through the full operation, stretching dough, building pies, working the oven, running the counter, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every shift. If you're someone who gets bored doing one thing and thrives when things move fast, you'll fit right in. If you take pride in your work, hold yourself to a high standard, and genuinely care how the guest experience lands, we want to talk to you. Customer service experience, you're comfortable and confident in front of guests Basic culinary skills or a genuine willingness to learn A team-first attitude; this operation runs as a unit, not in silos Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and coachable What You'll Do Prep, stretch, and build pizzas to spec with consistency and care Work counter service, take orders, engage guests, run food Keep the kitchen and front-of-house clean, stocked, and organized Support your team and step into whatever the operation needs Represent the brand with energy and hospitality on every interaction Compensation Competitive hourly base wage Fully pooled tips paid out weekly, our team consistently earns strong tip income as a result of collective performance.
