Crew Members play an essential role in delivering a great guest experience by preparing quality food, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and providing friendly customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in teamwork, and are committed to delivering excellent service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure guests receive fast and courteous service Address customer questions and escalate concerns to management when necessary

Food Preparation:

Prepare pizzas and menu items according to brand standards Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met

Restaurant Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods

Teamwork:

Support team members and management during shifts Follow company policies and operational procedures Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with coworkers and guests

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment

Schedule Requirements:

Flexible availability preferred Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
