As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver on our mission: "Meal Time, Don Right!"

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.

Food Prep & Handling:

Prepare and cook empanadas, assemble orders, and maintain food quality and presentation.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Keep the food trailer clean and organized, including workstations, cooking equipment, and customer areas. Complete opening and closing procedures as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Expected to be prepared and ready to begin work at the start of each shift. Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register or POS system, handle cash, and manage card transactions.

Inventory Management:

Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies when necessary. Timely arrival : Able to clock-in 5 minutes before shift and begin work.

Requirements:

Positive Attitude:

Friendly, reliable, and able to provide great customer experiences.

Team Player:

Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Food Service Experience:

Preferred but not required.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Food Handler Certification:

A plus, but we can guide you on obtaining it if needed.
