Job Description

At Momentum MGMT Analytics, Inc, a sales and business consulting firm based near Hamden, we're hiring a Verizon Team Member to support our Frontier campaign. In this role, you'll help drive operations forward by qualifying leads, coordinating enrollments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to installation. Your work as a Verizon Team Member will directly support delivering top-tier internet and TV services to local customers. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a strong and professional first impression of Frontier. We provide hands-on training so you can confidently present fiber internet and TV packages, schedule consultations, and guide customers through the early stages of the sales process. Your ability to create a smooth and efficient experience plays a key role in customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Why This Verizon Team Member Role Perfect For You You act as a critical link between customers, sales teams, and installation crews. By ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication, you help every household transition smoothly to high-speed fiber services without delays or confusion. Key Responsibilities as a Verizon Team Member Manage the full sales support process in-person, ensuring accurate enrollment and documentation for Frontier Fiber and TV services Conduct readiness checks to confirm customers are prepared for fiber installations and upgrades Coordinate with sales representatives and installation teams to resolve scheduling or service issues quickly Use data-driven tools to prioritize leads and support territory performance Educate customers during onboarding on fiber internet benefits and TV package options Participate in daily training sessions to strengthen sales, communication, and product knowledge What We're Looking For in our Verizon Team Member Background in customer service, sales, or fast-paced environments preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Motivated, team-driven, and eager to grow in a sales-focused environment
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
