Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude, delivering enthusiastic and loving service Accurately take orders at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring guest satisfaction Process payments quickly and correctly using cash, card, and digital methods Package food and drinks according to Popeyes' high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, front counter, and guest areas Support team efforts by working multiple front-of-house stations as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant safety procedures diligently Ideal Candidate Qualities Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic restaurant environment Eager to learn and adaptable to working various stations Reliable with punctual attendance and able to stand and move throughout shifts Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Eligible to work in the United States and meets minimum age requirements Why Work at Popeyes?
