In this lively and essential role, you will be the friendly face and hands-on helper that ensures our customers' garments are cleaned, pressed, and ready to impress. Your energetic approach will help create a positive experience for every guest, whether they're dropping off their wardrobe essentials or picking up their freshly cleaned items. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, customer service, and dry cleaning operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up Assist with the sorting, cleaning, pressing, and packaging of garments according to established procedures Handle customer transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety and quality standards Perform basic math calculations for billing and pricing purposes Support the team with general cleaning tasks to keep the facility tidy and efficient Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily goals Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
