We're looking for experienced baristas who are also comfortable working with simple kitchen prep. If you enjoy a fast-paced café environment and take pride in both quality drinks and food execution, we'd love to meet you. Position Details Full-time and part-time roles available. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Assemble and prepare light food items, including paninis and café offerings Serve pastries and assist with food presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment Deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service Restock supplies and assist with daily operations Learn the full menu to confidently guide customers What We're Looking For Previous barista or food service experience required Experience with food prep in a café or kitchen setting Ability to stay efficient during busy service periods Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Availability for weekends and flexible shifts Latte art skills are a plus Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Perks $18-$23/hour including tips Growth opportunities as we expand into DC Flexible scheduling options Supportive, team-oriented culture
