Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part-time evening shift Team Member to join our downtown location. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms, through regular sanitization practices. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment for guests. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with quick service fast food operations is a plus. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions effectively is beneficial. Strong time management skills to ensure timely service delivery.
