Job Purpose:

Team Members at Smoothie King are the front line of our operation, directly interacting with guests and ensuring they receive a top-notch service experience. They play a critical role in helping guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by recommending smoothies and retail products tailored to their healthy and active lifestyles.

Complete daily duties, accept feedback, and continuously improve in performing tasks.

Punctual for shifts and manage personal time to avoid interference with work responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead both by example and direction in a fast-paced environment. Tolerate exposure to a variety of fresh, dried, and/or frozen products and powdered substances, including allergens like peanuts and tree nuts. Follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations. Operate blenders and POS cashier systems effectively. Handle boxes weighing up to 55 lbs and navigate back storage and food preparation areas. Bend, reach, and scoop through assigned shifts. Work in walk-in refrigerator/freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
