Craft Deli Sandwich Maker Pazzo Italiano - Rehoboth Beach, DE (A collaboration between Frank & Louie's and Second Block Hospitality) Frank & Louie's and Second Block Hospitality have joined forces to bring a refreshed Italian Market & Kitchen to downtown Rehoboth. Pazzo Italiano will feature handcrafted Italian sandwiches, prepared foods, authentic cookies and desserts, and many of the beloved favorites guests have come to know from Frank & Louie's — all with an updated look and expanded offerings. We're building our opening team and are currently hiring Craft Deli Sandwich Makers to join us.

Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation:

$15-$20 per hour, plus tips (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Prepare signature Italian-style sandwiches with consistency and care Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables using standard deli equipment Maintain cleanliness and uphold all food safety standards Restock ingredients and assist with daily prep tasks Deliver warm, attentive, and genuine guest service with every interaction Support opening and closing routines as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous deli or food service experience strongly preferred; a passion for great food and hospitality is essential Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Commitment to quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Benefits Flexible scheduling options Complimentary shift meals Parking pass during meter season Team Member discount at all Second Block Hospitality locations Opportunities for growth within the company Positive, team-oriented work culture
