Job Description

Hillternity is a fast-growing marketing and fundraising firm that partners with nonprofit organizations to increase community awareness, donor engagement, and financial support through face-to-face outreach and event-based campaigns. Our team specializes in connecting causes with the community through impactful fundraising events and outreach initiatives. We are currently seeking a Fundraising Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent charitable organizations at local events, retail locations, and community venues—engaging with the public, sharing the mission of our nonprofit partners, and guiding supporters through the donation process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales, marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, pop-up campaigns, and outreach locations Engage with members of the public to educate them about nonprofit missions and initiatives Build rapport with potential donors and secure financial support through fundraising sales Clearly communicate campaign goals and the impact donations will make Meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets Assist with event setup, marketing displays, and promotional materials Track donor interactions and campaign results Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training Work collaboratively with team members to grow fundraising campaigns and community reach
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with new people in a public setting Positive attitude with a passion for helping others Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Sales, customer service, or fundraising experience is a plus (not required)
