Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, competitive, and performance-driven individual to join our sales and management team as an AT&T Team Member. In this role, you will help connect customers with AT&T's wireless, internet, and technology solutions while contributing to the overall success of a fast-paced, results-oriented sales team. This position offers hands-on experience in consultative sales, customer engagement, and identifying technology solutions that align with each customer's needs. As an AT&T Team Member, you will work directly with customers, providing clear information about AT&T products, services, and available plans. The AT&T Team Member role is ideal for individuals who thrive in competitive, goal-focused environments and are motivated by achieving strong sales performance. You will focus on building customer relationships, answering questions about connectivity and devices, and guiding customers through selecting the services that best fit their lifestyle or business needs. As our organization continues to grow, each AT&T Team Member plays an important role in driving results and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner, explaining AT&T wireless, internet, and technology solutions. Work with internal team members to identify ways to improve customer engagement and overall sales performance. Stay informed on industry and technology trends to better assist customers and adapt sales approaches when needed. Prepare and deliver clear, informative presentations that explain AT&T products, service plans, and device features. Track sales activity and key performance metrics to ensure consistent results and meet team sales goals. Support the coordination and execution of sales initiatives from initial customer contact through completed service enrollment. Provide product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations that help customers understand the value of AT&T's technology and connectivity solutions.
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence speaking to both small and larger groups. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a genuine interest in learning about the industry. Strong work ethic with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing challenges. Prior AT&T Team Member experience is a plus.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
