Front of house/guest experience team members are an integral part of the team at Zaxby's. Our front of house team members ensure our guests receive a warm welcome, experience genuine hospitality and receive a quality, craveable meal. Team Member Responsibilities:
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests Explain our menu and answer product questions Enter guests orders accurately into the POS system Present orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and quality Prep beverages and assist in preparing items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc. Clean and maintain all guest areas Additional customer service related tasks Shift availability: Day shift Night shift
