Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff, ensuring quality and sanitation standards are met Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters, and food stations in accordance with food safety regulations Support food handling procedures, including bussing tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with food delivery to guests Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols within the food industry Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently while managing sales, upselling, and serving responsibilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience in restaurant settings like cafés or grocery stores is a plus; familiarity with sanitation practices is essential Demonstrated time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Front of House Team Member and become an integral part of creating an inviting environment where guests feel valued from their first hello to their final goodbye.
