What You'll Do:
Lead the front-of-house team with enthusiasm, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Deliver exceptional service by setting the tone for warm, authentic interactions that reflect Q'Pasa's vibrant culture. Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting dining area for guests and staff. What We Need From You:
A passion for hospitality and creating joyful, memorable guest experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and support your team.
