Job Description

PMT Management is looking for an AT&T Team Member to join our team. In this in-person position, you will work directly with customers to ensure they receive the best service and support. As an AT&T Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the skills to manage customer accounts effectively and deliver exceptional sales service in the greater Boca region. This AT&T Team Member position provides hands-on experience, allowing you to learn the ins and outs of account management in a customer-centric environment. As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full client Account Manager position. Throughout your training, you will develop the skills to effectively manage customer relationships and drive client sales.
AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer accounts directly by providing exceptional service and sales support in person within the local region. Handle customer inquiries, service adjustments, and troubleshooting as part of account management. Work with customers to explain and promote AT&T Communications' products and services, focusing on account management solutions. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with account management services and sales. Collaborate with the AT&T Team Member team to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Participate in AT&T Team Member training sessions to learn the tools and skills required for effective account management.
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. A willingness to learn and grow into the AT&T Team Member role. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
