The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner Prepare food and drinks according to company standards Operate cash registers and process transactions Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
