Fill-in and Cleaning Associate

This flexible position involves a variety of responsibilities, including custodial duties and occasional support for the Park Manager at a residential mobile home park. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with custodial operations by restocking supplies, emptying trash, and keeping all areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Perform routine cleaning duties while strictly following all safety protocols. Step in to support management functions as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel and general computer skills Strong basic math skills Experience with rent rolls is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly , professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

Pay:
