Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and baking tasks in the bakery and deli.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work area
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
• Upsell bakery products to increase sales
• Sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
• Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory management is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
